Whether you are an experienced cook wanting to learn some different techniques or if you are just starting, we have a course for you.

We offer courses for ages and all experience levels. Most of our classes are for intimate groups of 4 and are designed to allow hands on experience with individual attention from our chef.

Cathie was the development chef for a large restaurant chain and has years of experience both developing recipes and teaching people how to cook those recipes.

All the recipes for all classes have been specifically developed using local products and have been tested to be sure they will deliver restaurant quality food in your kitchen.

Cathie's classes are designed to give you the confidence to create truly great meals in your home. She can teach you techniques used in restaurants that will allow you to put great food on the table with a minimum amount of stress. Whether you are cooking for your family or entertaining large groups, she can help you plan your meals so that everything arrives on the table, perfectly cooked and all at the same time.

Cathie's Cuisine operates out of Hawkes Bay, New Zealand and offers cooking classes for all levels from beginners to experienced cooks. We offer classes that focus on meal planning or party planning. We also offer a great stress-free option for kid’s parties.
